Appointment and message data are kept for the appointment, any follow-up you ask for, and any statutory retention that applies, then deleted or reduced. The language and consent values stay in your browser until you clear them. The EU General Data Protection Regulation does not apply only because someone in France, Germany or Spain can open this website. Recital 23 says that mere accessibility is not enough. German and French are official languages of Biel/Bienne, and the prices are in Swiss francs for a studio you visit here. If the studio later aims advertising at people in the European Union, the GDPR (Art. 3 para. 2) can apply as well. This notice is written for Swiss law.
